Potentialife offers a multi-month solution for scaling new behaviors and culture across organizations by bringing together the latest thinking from the fields of positive psychology and neuroscience together with technology platform. Potentialife was founded by former McKinsey Senior Partner, Angus Ridgway and Harvard Psychology expert Tal Ben-Shahar.

Who is the PotentialLife program for?
When creating PotentialifeX cohorts, we target senior leaders, high-potential mid-level executives, and entrepreneurs. We have a certain sense of how to curate groups that combine diversity with relatability.
A Manageable Commitment of 45 Minutes Per Week
Potentialife requires you to only give up one working day to attend the launch workshop. After the launch workshop, participants spend 45 minutes per week completing their online modules or attending group discussions.

Ajjima has over 25 years of experience in HR working in key leadership positions in Thailand’s leading financial services firm. She’s worked in HR process transformation and change management projects. She is a Certified Trainer of Behavior Based Interview by DDI and Change Management by Proci.

Designing your real-life change experiments through our Weekly Online Modules
The 25-min Weekly Potentialife Modules are one of the most appreciated parts of Potentialife by participants in India and globally. Every week, through our 10 modules, you will learn about the greatest scientific discoveries in the field of Positive Psychology, you will interpret your own LifeMap data, and you will design the experiments which you want to try out in the week to come.
5 Min/Week
Taking stock of your experiments
Through a process of journaling and tracking your Personal Change Goals, you identify which experiments work for you, and which don’t. That way, you only invest your precious willpower where you get the maximum return!
30-60 Min/Bi-Weekly
Facilitated Group Sessions
This is our favorite part of Potentialife! During Small Victories Discussion, the magic of small steps, appreciation and peer acknowledgment is at its highest.

3 optional virtual coaching
Upon completion of certain modules, you will receive an offer to sign up for a 1:1 coaching session with one of our in-house coaches. Our coaching aims at helping you connect with a deeper sense of being so you can find your own answers to address the ‘doing’ part of your life.
Graduate with a Flourishing Leadership Mindset
Participants also have a choice to continue on their leadership journey for another 12 weeks (3 Months) to complete Leadership Mastery

Participants will have more opportunity to practice and lead the team with the new operating model. Participants will invest similar amount of time to i.e. 25 Min/week for weekly modules, 5 Min/week to do weekly reflection. And of course, attend our bi-weekly virtual meeting.
6-Months Virtual Transformation Program
The base cost of this remote-first leadership journey is 140,000 inclusive of VAT. For those participants who would like to have some flexibility, you can enroll for 3-month Leadership of Self for 84,000 Baht inclusive of VAT. This is a complete course in itself. Participants who would like to take their leadership to another level have an option to enroll for another 3-month Leadership Mastery for 56,000 Baht inclusive of VAT.
